Alex Rose
Alex Rose is a mindfulness-based counselor and guide whose work centers on exploration, presence, and personal meaning rather than prescriptive answers. His journey began in adolescence, when struggles with mental health and an encounter with Siddhartha sparked a lifelong search for understanding and orientation. He studied Religious Studies at Claremont McKenna College, where he discovered how cultures across history have grappled with the same existential questions, shaping his belief in flexible, self-built systems of meaning. After teaching social studies at Hawai‘i Preparatory Academy, he pursued advanced training at Naropa University in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling, integrating approaches such as Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, somatic coaching, transpersonal therapy, and ritual practice. Now based in Waimea, Hawai‘i, he guides others through therapy, ritual, and shared practices to cultivate awareness, balance, and intentional living.
Work With a B3-Certified Somatic Coach
The B3 Method centers nervous system regulation as the foundation for sustainable change. Rather than pushing insight or action, B3 coaches guide clients into embodied clarity. They create shifts that naturally ripple into relationships, leadership, and daily life. When the body feels safe, transformation follows.
