Alicia Jabbar
Alicia Jabbar is an executive leadership coach with over 2,000 hours of coaching experience since 2015, specializing in supporting leaders who exist outside what is traditionally recognized, valued, or understood in their environments. Her work helps clients expand their leadership capacity by fully integrating all aspects of who they are, rather than conforming to narrow norms. She is deeply committed to advancing gender equity in leadership and co-founded Inside Out Incubator, a women’s leadership organization she led for five years. Alicia has designed and delivered more than 100 leadership programs for over 25 organizations, using an unconventional, systems-aware approach that explicitly addresses the impacts of systemic oppression. In addition to her coaching practice, she facilitates the Interpersonal Dynamics (“Touchy Feely”) course at Stanford Graduate School of Business and brings prior experience from senior roles in high-growth technology companies.
Work With a B3-Certified Somatic Coach
The B3 Method centers nervous system regulation as the foundation for sustainable change. Rather than pushing insight or action, B3 coaches guide clients into embodied clarity. They create shifts that naturally ripple into relationships, leadership, and daily life. When the body feels safe, transformation follows.
