Mary Catherine Shurett is a somatic coach, ceremonial guide, and the creator of Feminine Emergence, devoted to helping women break free from shame, fear, and control. She works primarily with high-achieving, mission-driven women who have spent years striving and performing, only to find themselves disconnected from their bodies, pleasure, and inner truth. Her work guides women out of hyper-masculine patterns of functioning and into embodiment, movement, and deep nervous system repair.
