Ted’s career spans clean energy entrepreneurship, executive consulting, and nearly two decades in journalism and media, including work with NBC News and contributions to The New York Times. Grounded in extensive training in Buddhism and personal development, he integrates mindfulness and effective communication into his coaching approach. Based in Boulder, Colorado, he continues to serve leaders while engaging in civic and nonprofit work and maintaining a strong connection to the outdoors.
