Virginia Bauman

Virginia Bauman is an executive coach who supports leaders in bringing more of themselves into the demands and complexity of leadership. A three-time founder with a background in software engineering from Virginia Tech, she has built and led companies across technology and brick-and-mortar retail, including venture-backed startups and mission-driven community spaces. Her coaching is grounded in the belief that leadership begins with deeply personal inner work and that identity plays a central role in how leaders show up and build organizations. Drawing from her lived experience as a founder and marginalized leader, she helps clients creatively navigate the crucible of leadership while building more supportive, inclusive cultures. Now based in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, she continues to mentor founders and coach leaders seeking clarity, integrity, and impact.
