With a background in psychology, brand, and marketing, she works at the intersection of creative community and internal culture, partnering with designers, artists, and creative teams to elevate how creative work is experienced and shared. Her practice includes building programs, facilitating workshops, and designing artifacts and content hubs that highlight the people and craft behind creative organizations. While her projects vary widely in form, they are united by a clear intention to make work feel more human, connected, and joyful. A global citizen originally from Austria, she has lived and worked across Europe, the United States, and beyond, drawing inspiration from diverse ways of living and working. This curiosity led her to found Out of Office, where she now designs creative experiences and programs for individuals and teams seeking a more inspiring and intentional way to live and work.
