Ted combines a successful track record in business with deep training in Buddhism and personal growth work. He co-founded and led a clean energy business.

He has consulted with hundreds of leaders. He is a partner at Evolution, the boutique executive coaching firm. He utilizes his passion for fostering mindfulness training and effective communication to help service his clients.

After attending Harvard College, Ted worked as a television producer at Court TV and Dateline NBC and then as a magazine writer and editor.
