He is the author of “Scale Without Losing Your Soul” a book that guides leaders through a step-by-step process to design and embed culture into their company as they scale.

Todd holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, although he counts his entrepreneurial journey as his best education.
